Payment methods

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, starting with 17.03.2020 and until a later date that we will announce according to the evolution of the phenomenon, the cash collection of insurance premiums is no longer available in the Bucharest Branch (Ion Mihalache Blvd. 19-21) and insurance premiums are to be paid by bank transfer (payment order – PO), using the IBAN accounts listed below.
At the same time, we recommend avoiding cash payments in other Garanta branches in favor of payments by bank transfer or payment order, in the accounts indicated by our employees from Garanta branches.

If the insurance premium is expressed in a foreign currency, you can pay it directly in LEI, at the exchange rate of B.N.R. from the date of payment.

On the payment order, in the “Details” box, please fill in the insurance policy serial number for which you are making the payment.
