Object of insurance

Goods that are subject to transportation (land, marine or air routes) and related expenses occurred due to a loss (upon request).

Risks covered:

Condition “A”

  • All risks of loss or damage of goods during the insured transport, except exclusions.

Condition “B”

  • Losses or damages caused by fire or explosion.
  • Overthrow, sinkage or grounding the vessel or boat performing the transport.
  • Overthrow or derailment of the land transportation means.
  • Collision or contact of the vessel with any external object other than water.
  • Discharge in the harbour of refuge.
  • Earthquake, volcano eruption or lightning.
  • Loss or damage of insured goods caused by sacrifice in common loss, intended overthrow or seizing overboard.
  • Flooding of the vessel warehouse or storage place with salted or fresh water.
  • Total destruction of a package, fallen overboard or dropped down during loading or discharge procedures from the vessel or boat.

Condition “C”
