Third Party Liability
In case you are liable of an unintended damage or harm of third parties (material damages or bodily injuries), then the Third-Party Liability insurance policy will be of use to you, covering:
- Amounts of money you may be bound to pay as compensations.
- Court expenses incurred in the civil trial.
- Salvation and limitation expenses for damages occurred to assets belonging to third parties.
Limits of liability are set according to your request and will be agreed upon by GARANTA ASIGURARI.
Third Party Liability insurance policy can be valid for one or more addresses on Romanian territory, mentioned in the insurance policy.
Tenant’s liability towards the Owner
In case you, as tenant, are liable of an unintended generation of a damage or harm brought to the owner by breaching the contractual obligations (material damages or bodily injuries), with this insurance policy you will be covered for:
- Amounts of money you may be bound to pay as compensation.
- Court expenses incurred in the civil trial.
Limits of liability are set according to your request and will be agreed upon by GARANTA ASIGURARI.
The insurance policy is valid only for events occurred at the address of the asset mentioned in the rental contract (only on Romanian territory).
Owner’s liability towards the Tenant
In case you, as owner, are liable of an unintended generation of a damage or harm brought to the tenant (material damages or bodily injuries), with this insurance policy you will be covered for:
- Amounts of money you may be bound to pay as compensation.
- Court expenses incurred in the civil trial.
Limits of liability are set according to your request and will be agreed upon by GARANTA ASIGURARI.
The insurance policy is valid only for events occurred at the address of the asset mentioned in the rental contract (only on Romanian territory).
