Available positions:

Assistant of the Committees subordinated to the Board of Directors
Main tasks:
– Management of Committees meeting calendar, business schedule/itinerary, events and telephone conferences;
– Keeping the minutes of the Board Committees meeting;
– Organization of meetings via teleconference or videoconference;
– Elaboration of various presentation materials and reports;
– Translation of internal documents when necessary.
– Secretarial activities.

– University graduated;
– Proven experience in a similar position such as assistant to senior management;
– Strong level of English;
– Solid knowledge of MS Office Applications;
– Proactive, organized and good communication skills.
